GCVGA Rules

1.There will be 8 board members.

2.All board members will receive 1 vote each.

3.All board members will serve 1 term starting Jan.01 and ending Dec 31.

4.In an event of a tie vote , the President will have the final decision.

President- Oversee all activities of each board member. Make final decision on all vote that are deadlock. May appoint temporary Board member.

Vice President-Same as President, exception of final decision during tie or deadlock vote.

Treasurer-Oversee all monetary activities, all board member that are requesting funds or receiving funds for GCVGA must reports to Treasurer.

Tournament Director- Oversee all tournament activities, must set up tournament and also negotiate all fees regarding green fee, practice round for members, and group pairings for tournament.

Web Administrator- Oversee all web activities, such as adding and removing information , keeping the web page maintained.

Handicapping Director- Oversee all golfing handicap for GCVGA members.

Member Relations- Oversee all new member, any members concerns and question, and fund raiser.

Rules Official- Oversee all rules for GCVGA. Any GCVGA sanctioned tournament will have specific rules concerning ground conditions,
and any question arising during tournament. Rules Direction has authority to disqualified any members for any infractions.
